Work orders are created by taking a photo or video, and giving it a title. In order to emphasize the issue, call-outs can be added using the sketch tools or tasks can be set as high priority. Work orders and tasks are organized in customizable Groups. Within Groups, Tasks are sorted in Red, Yellow and Green "traffic lights".

Any job that needs to be scheduled is what I use Snapfix for.
Both personally and professionally, Snapfix is where I keep on top of every task that needs to be done.
It's nothing like other task management systems as it uses photos and not text as the basis for a task. I find that I get so much more context for a job that needs to be done when I can see a photo and not a line of text.
Would recommend, especially to anyone working in the hospitality or building or facility management space.

Snapfix is the best single point system for recording maintenance issues I have used (and I've used a lot) it's continually being developed and expanded on to over other regulatory, maintenence and training etc. To name a few ways it can be suited to individual needs. The best features for me is that being mostly pictorial by nature it's easy to actually show the maintenance team exactly what needs attention and then ad tags of your choice like room numbers, the asset in question, and even the type of work that is involved meaning the team know what they are dealing with, where it is and who is

Started using this tool about a year ago to manage a few buildings I'm involved with through family. It's such a deceptively simple & obvious tool, I was kicking myself as to why i hadn't thought of it first.... main benefit for me is that it saves me huge amounts of time not having to co-ordinate between different people to get stuff done.
