We had our kitchen made to measure from the Kitchen and Bedroom Workshop and just wow, what a finish we achieved! 3 Years down the line and we are so happy with it. I recently went back for another shelf for one of the cupboards and this was supplied made to measure and for free. Highly recommend this company.

We were originally pleased with our newly fitted kitchen, all done within a timely manner. However, like many other customers, as soon as there was a problem Alan was uncontactable by phone. When we caught up with him in the shop he promised us, on several occasions, that he would fix our extractor fan which conked-out shortly after 12th months use. On closer inspection we had discovered that it was incorrectly installed which Alan acknowledged.
12 months further down the line we are still without a working extractor! To say their aftersales and customer care is poor is an understatement! VERY

I cant understand how this company is running its business. Very disappointing service!! Not happy at all. Came to measure our kitchen and bedroom to draw up a plan. Alan said he will get back to me by end of week and its still been 4 weeks? Wasted my time in waiting around for him to produce a plan and phoned him quite a few times to ask when it will be done by. Why was there a need for me to keep contacting and chasing? Could have had my new kitchen fitted by now but thanks to him for wasting my time.

I have been really disappointed by the terrible customer service I have received. I have been waiting since March for them to come out and do 1 days work to rectify some fitting issues and to bring back a small work top that was not fitting properly. The do not answer my calls, emails or call me back if I call in . We have said we will wait if we just have a date that they can honour, having been giving many dates in March and April only to be let down with no notice. I rang Allen yesterday and he put the phone down!! how bad is that.?! Do they really think I want to spend my time chasing them
