I agree the Guttercrest process takes a little getting used to but I have used them for many years, and on three projects over the past two years with large orders. I haven't had the issues other people have experienced and find them straightforward to deal with. Their products are good value for money and work well in our experience. We have also used them for larger panel and coping fabrication but do provide clear drawings and instructions. I would recommend them to others.

Similar to some of the comments below. Okay product shocking customer service. Processes seem to be stuck in the last decade.
A string of errors with no apologies.
On my first order I added an item to the order and they charged me for everything again. When I called to ask for a refund I was told I would have to wait until the following week when the accounts person was in. The order turned up and did not reflect what was ordered and invoiced. I was then sent the invoice which had no stamp so I was charged £3 by royal mail. Again no apology for their incompetence or cost.

In agreement with other reviews Guttercrest should be avoided. Appalling customer service and generally disorganised. I placed 3 orders and not one was delivered correctly, no apology or response. The inability to deliver the orders delayed one project and left me with a load of unusable guttercrest products on the other project (an alternative product was found and the scaffold dropped before Guttercrest finally delivered). I strongly recommend you go elsewhere if at all possible- companies with an ethos like this shouldn’t be trading.

MY ADVICE IS BE VERY CAREFUL WITH Guttercrest.
I'm a property developer and we chose Guttercrest for our dream home project which is an Old Mill restoration with its associated buildings which is a mix of traditional and contemporary.
The products are nice and as expected but the service has not been at all and Guttercrest take virtually no responsibility nor help you once the product has left them.
We had a few problems, one with leaking gutters even though installation was carried out exactly as per the provided installation illustrations. We are now going to have to remove and reinstall this
