I have had the worst experience with this company EVER! The level of customer service they offered was appalling. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not only did they mess me around on three occasions where I travelled to collect an item but they never return phone calls, they were rude in person and made no effort to rectify their poor service or respond to emails.

Unfair . Promised to fit in 5-7 days and then after taking measurements, they said quartz we chose isn’t in stock and insisted to buy their own brand . When we said we don’t want to go, we had to pay £200 ! Which was not disclosed earlier. absolutely disgusted by their approach. not having the stone which we wanted and booked for and still we had to pay

We have just had a Quartz worktop installed by InovaStones and we are sooo happy with the result! The team have been so helpful from start to finish, they supplied multiple quotes, organised samples to be sent and the template to fitting was done very quickly. Our initial quote for quartz from our kitchen supplier was way out of our budget ... but Inova were able to supply and fit for a lot less!! Thank you to everyone at Inova Stones 😍

Outstanding job! So impressed by the quality of work - our job was more tricky than most with a granite worktop on top of 20 year old cabinets.
The worktop is stunning but also so impressed by the team, in particular Mahmood who prepared the work and completed with care, kindness and great professional skill and resourcefulness. The team in the office were also responsiveness and very supportive.
Very many thanks, would definitely recommend.

Manager company Shahbaz is very quick and professional. It was pleasure to start deal with him. The price also was Ok but quality of work was really poor.
The owner of the company Abdul (with his asistant Khalil) personally installed our worktops. They a bit damaged my wall ( i was not at home because they came 15 min early), the work with silicone, polishing the surface of items were really poor and messy. Then I required to come and redo again, they did.
Thanks for it.
Should I mention it be careful, and check detailes of completing work however they don’t reconnect electric sockets ( also

Excellent service, Inova came recommended from a family member and they didn't disappoint. Competitive pricing, quickly provided a quote, template happened within a few days and listened to our detail requests, the next week they came and installed. Carefully installed and fitted our underslung sink left everything clean and looking beautiful, recommend to anyone
