From start to finish we’ve loved working with Klosen on our self-build. We can be very indecisive, and it took some time to choose what we wanted. Multiple visits to the showroom later we finally decided on what we were going to have! Nancy then arranged to have several colour samples sent to us to place in different areas of the house to help try and picture what it would look like. We were very impressed with the service received and no pressure was put on us to make a decision quickly.

Excellent service!!
We decided to use Klosen after a couple of visits to their showroom and a site meeting. Considering the current situation in the past few months we have been very happy with their lead time and updates after we decided to place the order.
The quality is exactly as we expected and the addition of dual colour has made such a difference to the house. Very happy and would use them again.

Klosen supplied some cortizo sliding doors and flush casement windows after being recommended by my architect. Couldn't be happier with the finished result and I'm very happy with the products. Seeing products in their showroom and having samples brought to site to select the right colour really helped us.

Came to quote. Radio silence for 2 to 3 weeks despite chasers. Never received a quote. Not helpful. Wouldn't recommend.
Update provided by Klosen to say that they could take a look at it. I was told the owner of the company decided not to quote so it seems rather pointless now. We've progressed with somebody else given the time passed.

I would like to thank Klosen for the work carried out at our new individual house.
We have had multiple doors both sliding and bifold fitted, plus a large glazed screen to the front of the property with solid front door.
All windows and the glass extension to our kitchen were fitted, some of the works were carried out in very challenging weather conditions, but the fitters worked through this.
Everyone involved in the project were very helpful and professional.

Klosen have posted a reply to my Review but it is completely false and it is misleading to any member of the public.
The doors were rejected some 4 1/2 months after ordering against a quoted 6-7 week Lead time.
I don't believe that any reasonable person would accept such a protracted delay, particularly in the absence of information from the supplier.
Whoever wrote the Klosen reply seems content to grossly distort events rather than admit the truth.
