Wasps can be a particular problem in the cooler Autumn days and at that time may pose a higher risk of stings. Phoned Owen at EPC yesterday morning about Wasps in my wall at side of window, he said he would attend the next day, 24 hours later i recieved a photo and message to say work completed at a fair price, he also informed me if any Wasps remaining after 48 hours he would come back and remove free of charge, well happy with this service.

Called Owen due to having a wasps nest the size of a football in the loft. He arrived and sprayed the nest. A few days later there was still a small amount of activity but Owen arrived again and gave it another going over that has more than dealt with the issue, as before we couldnt even put the loft light on without being attacked. He was also very friendly and explained everything to us clearly. Highly recommended, and we can finally clear our loft out.

Had a rat problem. They came out within 2 hours (despite having to solve somebody else's wasp problem first) no call out fee unlike a previous company who came out. Found the entry point, put down traps and basically solved my problem within the hour. They then called back to see if they could offer any further help including offering to come out and remove any bodies so I didn't have to free of charge. All for the price of 1 hours work. really cannot recommend them highly enough! Fast, efficient, helpful and cost less than expected.
