This evening MR Sparks from heath electrical services came out to Install my TV onto my wall. From start to finish, dealing with this company was seamless with great communication. MR Sparks turned up on time and was very friendly, proffesional and polite. He even entertained my
3 year old daughter as he worked (From a safe distance of course). His work ethic was extremely high and he settled for nothing less than perfection. The end result being that im very impressed by the service and product I've recieved from heath electrical services and would highly recommend them in the future to friends

I used Heath to fit a number of spotlights in our kitchen. Firstly of all the companies contacted they were the only one to come to our home to measure up prior to providing a quote. They were not the cheapest and were happy to negotiate on price to win the job. The job was conducted 2 days later and Blake and Hannah did a great job fitting the lights in our kitchen. We would happily use them again

I have used Heath Electrical Services 3 times in the last month. Firstly I had a water pressure problem upstairs. The technician was on time for the appointment and very professional, he found the problem within minutes and solved the issue with a new part at an affordable price. I then had a Nest thermostat fitted the next week, again the technician was on time and very professional, he gave us great advise on how we can cut down on our heating bills. I will definitely be using these guys again. Great service at an affordable price. Keep up the good work guys.

We have had Heath Electrical over for several pieces of work, and they have been clear and professional communicators every time. Every member of staff has been a delight to have in our home, from Carl managing the initial remedial works, to Dan and Tom who, as well as sorting out an awkward light socket replacement inside the house, also took a quick look at an external light fitting that didn't seem to be working. Within a few minutes it was! Highly recommended.

I was impressed by the initial contact with the customer service department. My two job tickets went on the system and the information was referred to in further interactions.
This set my expectations that the engineers would also be good. I was not disappointed. Both were friendly and efficient, they even gave me advice for avoiding further issues.
Texts let me know when the engineer was on the way. The online payment platform had little details which really made using it simple.

Hannah & Arron from Heath fitted a new EV charger for me yesterday and did an excellent job, the took the time to get it exactly in the position I wanted and without any visible cabling. Not only that they were both friendly and helpful and I could recommend them and Heath highly enough.

I booked with Heath Electrical to have some data cabling run throughout my house with some access points fitted and got great service throughout. Aaron and Joe did the whole thing from quote to fitting delivering a very professional service. I'm very happy with the result and will be using Heath Electrical again should the need arise.
I felt really well taken care of as a customer and Aaron and Joe were very keen to make sure that everything was working well and that I was happy, couldn't recommend the service highly enough.

Heath Electrical attended exactly at the time agreed and provided a highly professional, thorough and competent electrical service at a reasonable price. On completion of their visit they identified the faults and restored power to a number of socket outlets that had inexplicably been out of commission for a number of days. I was provided with a very thorough assessment of the electrical faults and follow up recommendations to prevent future faults and improve electrical safety at my home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heath Electrical for all domestic electrical fault finding, repairs
