Was delivered within 24 hours of order which was amazing and the customer service was brilliant. Love the Commercial Henry Numatic and with the addition of the carpet "Airo Brush" it works really well.

Not great. Bought a George hoover on ebay as their 2 year warranty was appealing as you never know if something may go wrong. All was well but recently had an issue with the hoover so gave them a message. After giving serial number was told "6 month warranty" brilliant not heard anything since so clearly not sticking to there description of a 2 year warranty.

Ordered from Avern eBay online store. Bought from Avern as it stated 'FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY'. Sadly this was not the case. They had ran out of stock and failed to communicate this to me. The hoover arrived 3 days after order. Really poor communication and they blamed it on the delivery company even though it wasn't their fault. Bad experience overall.

There is nothing more frustrating as a business, than being on the wrong end of poor performance from another business. I ordered a Numatic from Avern and ensured that I ordered within the timeline of their ticking clock, for next day delivery. Sometimes, when an item fails and you need it replaced, next day delivery is a Godsend.
Anyway, two hours after I ordered, I received a notifictaion that the item had shipped. Excellent.... I thought.
Not long after this notification, I received a telephone call to tell me that they don't have my item in stock and that it would be another three weeks before
