Here at PPM - Premier Property Matters we find Flowtech to be very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. We have used their services on many occasions and will most certainly be using their services for future jobs. We have found them to be particularly good for unblocking sinks right up to surveying main drain sewers and jetting them.

Steve did a great job cleaning and re-rendering our drain, at a much better price than other quotes, and he was more thorough too (spotted our manhole cover hiding under the grass, unbeknownst to us, where other companies didn't even bother looking!). And he was super nice and polite throughout, even sweeping up some of our leaves! Highly recommended.

Steve was great and highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and identified and fixed our drain problem quicker than expected. Has all the kit and even got a camera into the drain system so I could understand the problem. No huffing or puffing just got on with it and took great care whilst working. Contacted Steve mid-morning and he said that he'd be here later, maybe quite a bit later, that day and that's exactly what happened. Arrived just before 8.00pm and quickly identified the problem. Fixing it took a bit longer and he left around 9.30pm - less than 10 hours from first contact. Charge was extremely reasonable for same day service and the standard of work exemplary, especially restoring the premises to the condition in which he found it. Great work!

Steve did a fantastic job clearing our sewer pipe u-bend of cement and scale residue which was causing it to block up, despite the difficulty in reaching the critical point
He also fitted me in to come next day (as he has done previously) which is incredible service in my experience of trades!
He is very friendly and knowledgable, and doesn‘t over charge — I would happy recommend him to anyone

Steve managed to fit me in at late notice and got the blockage fixed incredibly quickly. He explained what he was doing as well which was really helpful so I knew what to look for next time. He fixed everything and cleaned up for me as well. Hugely grateful. He even took his shoes off before coming in the flat! Absolute gent.
