We received the best customer service I have ever received from Michal Bladek. He worked with us on our bathrooms in a new house build in Chelsea. His knowledge, attention to detail and pro-active, resourceful approach is exceptional. He works in the Fulham Road store, request him if I were you. Nightmare company. Extremely greedy and will not take care of mistakes they make. They also will quote a price and then change it on the invoice I guess hoping you don’t notice. I am an interior designer so deal with these things every day but have never encountered anywhere so unwilling to take care of their customers or do the right thing. I would never buy from them again. I’m still dealing with a lot of frustration and delays on an important job because of them. Anywhere would be a vast improvement over cp hart.
