Our balanced flue twin wall system is common to all boiler models, making selection of components easy whether you're installing a kitchen boiler, external floor standing or internal wall-mounted boiler, 'one system fits all'. HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) is made from 100% renewable and sustainable waste derived raw materials and is certified via the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) scheme. Whilst HVO is made using vegetable oils it can also be produced using tallow and used cooking oil. HVO uses hydrogen instead of methanol as a catalyst, so HVO is more sustainable than other bio fuels.
Tigerloops were introduced by Boulter Boilers Ltd. over 25 years ago primarily to remove the need for two pipe systems, ie a flow and a return fuel line to the oil tank. They also alleviate a technical issue with the fuel pump on Riello burners: the solenoid valve will not open with air present in the pump, a deaerator resolves this by circulating fuel until air is removed.

We as a company have now fitted hundreds of Hounsfield boilers and can't thank Andrew enough for his service. I thought I'd give him alittle shout out today as he's helped one of my dear clients out. I spoke with Andrew this week to explain one of my clients had a problem with his boiler that has been in 5 years. No fault of Hounsfield but my own client had lost his wife to lung cancer and had forgotten to get his boiler serviced for 2 years. As a result some of the door seals had gone wrong and the boiler was in alittle bit of a state. I explained the situation to Andrew and sorted the boiler

Had been looking to replace my old boiler but didn't know who to use or which boiler.
I was recommended to Hilton heating who suggested a Hounsfield. I decided to do some research and unlike all the other makes had all positive feedback. I sent an email to Hounsfield and within a short while the owner contacted me and gave me lots of information. Also sent me literature. My new boiler has now been fitted, looks smart, small and quiet, was replaced in a day, working well.
Early days yet as I am a pessimist but all good so far, seems to be more efficient too.

I contacted Andrew and his team when my local supplier let me down on a oil boiler delivery (we had already removed the boiler before we had the news the new boiler wasn't coming). He was very helpful to deal… with on the phone and within 1 hour I had collected the boiler from this office. Very simple to install and all components look and feel top quality. I will definitely be using Hounsfield boilers as my number 1 choice from now on.
