Packages Report

Here at MTR Lofts ltd, we are the only southeast loft converter who offer 3 different ways to build your loft conversion. All packages inc, full architects plans, full building regulations with site visits and structural calculations. Most other loft conversion firms do not inc these in their quotes.

FAQs Report

As long as your loft meets the minimum height requirement of 2.2m then your loft can be converted. The measurement needs to be taken from the top of the existing ceiling joists to the underside of the ridge/trusses. Please do not measure to the felt / tiles.

Loft Conversion Tonbridge Report
