Formed in 1987 following the great storm and hurricane, today Needham Market Aerials has the largest team of aerial engineers within Suffolk. Our eight staff and engineers are able to respond to anything from an individual TV or aerial not working to the very largest communal Integrated Reception System (IRS).
The Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) are the regulating body for engineers like us working on aerials and satellite TV. We are very proud to be the only CAI (SMATV, MATV and IRS) approved installer in Suffolk. We have the highest possible CAI qualifications as well, being a 'CAI plus' member and awarded Company of the Year.
In 2019, we launched Abbeygate CCTV, taking advantage of our engineer's expertise in installing systems in large properties and at height. We have been working exclusively with Needham Market Aerials for many years. This is due to their great service, good prices and most importantly, their swift response times - especially after storm damage.

Needham Aerials came out to my parents’ house today to fit a new sky dish and Ethernet cable after sky’s health and safety prevented them from installing sky Q. The Engineers that came out were on time, polite, friendly and very professional they gave a clear idea of the cost and works before they started and were very efficient. I have used Needham Aerials before and have been very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them.

Needham Market Aerials was recommended to us after we were let down by another company. Simon was very responsive to my enquiry, an engineer was in the area and come to look at our job the same day. We were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They completed our work two days later. We got exactly what we asked for with some small suggested improvements that they were happy to pay extra for. The engineers who came to our home were very proficient and polite. We could not have asked for better service, can't recommend them enough.

Really pleased with the service of Needham Market Aerials. From my initial enquiry they've been responsive and professional. We had problems with an aerial in our new home and they came out to us as soon as possible, repaired the problem and were very fair with their pricing. The work is guaranteed and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Simon and his team have been assisting me on new build developments for a good few years now. Nothing is ever an issue, always quick to carry out the works, at the highest standard and never any delays. My signal had got worse after bad weather, and I noticed the wire had come loose on the roof aerial. I called NMA (March 2020) to see if an engineer could come round to take a look and see if it could be repaired or need replacing. The engineers were late arriving, took one look at the aerial from the ground, said it was too old and they would be reluctant to touch/repair it, and that a new aerial was the only way to go. They measured the signal from the lounge socket and agreed it was weak, especially as I had a booster, but they didn’t check the booster in the loft. The visit took 5 minutes

I got in touch with Simon at NMA this morning to enquire about an aerial repair I needed doing, only hours later I had two friendly engineers round who made the repair efficiently and without any issue. Extremely professional and they knew exactly what they were doing.
Simon went above and beyond to help me in good time and was very considerate to my circumstances. NMA made the repair at a very fair price too.
I can highly recommend these folks to anybody, I haven’t encountered such great customer service and professionalism as a new customer in a long time! Thanks so much.

We have used Needham Market Aerials twice now, and on both occasions they have been professional and very efficient. The first time was to install a large t.v./sound bar etc on the wall, with awkward positioning, and the second time was to move our WiFi main hub, and change all the wiring - there was no mess what so ever, and you could not see any of the cabling. Tony's attention to detail and care was beyond what we were expecting I would not hesitate in recommending Needham Market Aerials

It is rare to receive such great service.
I had an issue with my tv aerial and socket in bedroom which required a little problem solving and the correct lead.
Having not been able to resolve the issue myself, Simon went above and beyond anything I expected and stopped at nothing to resolve my issue, which involved a few telephone conversions and emails with photographs. Simon even offered to Facetime me through the process.
On the day I called Simon to say that i could not resolve the issue myself, he got an engineer on the phone and got him to physically make up the cable with the ends required
