My Mum had a summer house delivered and erected by Sheds and Shelters. Finish was poor quality and can only be described as slap dash - not surprising as they are erecting 7 to 8 a day. The workmen were sent back to make good but the finish is still sub standard and disappointing. although the “snagging” was rectified to a certain degree, the doors remain uneven with a one inch gap between the threshold and door, which presumably will undermine the life of the summerhouse. I was also horrified to receive a phone call from my Mum asking for my husband to go to her as when the workmen arrived

I can’t speak highly enough of Sheds and Shelters , who came yesterday to erect our Cabin/ Office at the end of the garden, their workmen were so professional and a lovely. As they had to come a long way from Maidstone Kent and I live in Reading, Berkshire and after putting it all together they would have had a long journey back home especially… on a Friday evening, I can’t thank them enough for our fantastic cabin. Sheds and Shelters came highly recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that is considering having a shed/office/ or summer garden

Ordered a shed over the phone.was told it was 19mm tounge and groove . It was fitted next day as was a display one. Turned up as promised. When I got home measured the tongue and groove and is 12mm at widest point. This shed was £600 plus but I got it for £550 as display one. Could have got simular for less than £400 from loads of other suppliers.
I could mention that gaps in shed also.
I emailed them next day or reply to three emails. Went there on bank holiday Friday was open but no one there . Left another email and message on answer phone but still no reply .
