Services
ELM Surfacing assisted with orchestrating and resourcing the 5 consecutive shifts including all skilled labour and associated plant. We successfully planed and laid almost 5,000 tonnes of material and finished a shift early! The success of the scheme demonstrates how carriageway possession can increase productivity and reduce overall disruption.
Our Machine Lay division has an excellent and well established reputation within the industry and has carried out Highway works in the South East of England and London. We are an approved contractor for developer funded 278 Highway works for Kent County Council and numerous London Borough. Elm Surfacing Ltd have carried out carriageway resurfacing programmes for numerous London Boroughs including Haringey, Islington, Camden, Lambeth and Lewisham.
Elm Surfacing Ltd has built up good working relationships and channels of communication with many Utility Contractors assisting them in backfill and removal of arisings as well as all elements of reinstatement. Further to the above; Elm Surfacing Ltd are the approved contractor to carry out vehicle crossovers and Developer Funded Highway works carried out under Section 278 of the Highways Act.
Our Road Marking Division not only works in conjunction with our other divisions but also independently. Road Marking Division clients are drawn from public, private and Construction sectors and its experience in-corporates all manners of markings and sign installation for roads, cycle lanes, car parks and controlled parking zones.

Wow where on earth do you get your staff from! Can't even string a sentence together let alone tarmac pavements! No care in the world come and make a total mess and laugh about it and disappear. I asked a simple polite question regarding the tarmac and my partner is disabled struggles with the hole that has been left but wouldn't resolve it as its fridat lunchtime and they want to get home!!! Disgusting thanks very much! 😠😠ðŸ˜
