Image taken from dash cam footage showing the vehicle that is driven by the kind of person that thinks it is acceptable to overtake in a 30mph road when the car in front is travelling at the speed limit. A rosd with children, pedestrians and a school nearby in the car at around 5pm.

Driver was swerving across and road raging with every driver because he wouldn’t move out of the fast lane. Going 50mph on fast lane when speed limit at the time was national speed and would speed up with the car in middle lane not to allow anybody to move forward.
