There are pros and cons for both. Our surveyor will help to guide you to the best option for you, but these are some things you may wish to consider. No cables are required. However, where possible we may recommend wiring the external sounder to extend the battery life. They are generally quicker to install and are east to relocate if you need to move the devices.
The inconvenience of keys being lost can be more than an inconvenience if it can potentially leave your property insecure. Changing locks and keys can be expensive - Electronic access control can be an efficient and convenient way to secure your premises. Tokens can be issued to allow access through controlled doors or gates.

Had Steve out to have a look at my house to fit a new alarm. He was very helpful, didn't try to over sell me products I didn't want or need and got a quote to me later that day.
I then had James out later that week which was really impressive timing!
James was very professional, personable and explained all the processes well.
On the day I decided to also fit a security camera and lights. This wasn't an issue and Steve went and picked up and delivered the camera and an SD card.
Everything went smoothly and didn't leave mess.

Had a house alarm system fitted by James who was very professional and knowledgable. Spoke to another member of the team who was very helpful, overall great customer service. Had the system for a while now which is easy to use and not had any issues. A first class service and would highly recommend.

My home alarm kept going off and after a little searching I came across Vigil.
After calling reception, I was passed to an engineer who contacted me the very next day. The engineer then spent 20 to 30 mins trying possible solution in an effort to save me the call out fee. Unfortunately we were unable to rectify the fault, so he called the next day and fixed the fault in a few minutes.
Excellent service and should the need arise I will gladly use them again.
