We convert and renovate existing houses as well as design new-build homes. Each of our projects is unlike any other, and each is a thoughtful response to the brief, the budget and the location. We think about light and volume, materials and textures, landscape and context - and always fully integrate thermal and energy efficiency into our design approach.
With our specialist experience of working with listed buildings, we remodel and radically transform old buildings for modern uses, revealing what buildings from different eras mean to us today. Our design approach and working methods, right through from concept to completion, are underpinned by a thorough understanding of key aspects of conservation practice, principles and philosophy.

We worked as lighting consultants with Robert Hirschfield Architects on a residential project in North London and were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and choice of architectural solutions.
