When our boiler broke down I asked my brother to recommend a boiler repair person. He gave me Chelmsford Boilers details. I called last Thurs and by Friday Mark (I believe) came round to fix when I was out. I got back and couldn't believe boiler was fixed. I highly recommend company.

On Sunday 21/02/21 we woke up to no hot water or heating so called out Frank as an emergency. He could not repair the fault as parts were needed. Following a conversation we decided to re new the boiler. Mark contacted us straight away, visited our home on Monday, sourced the boiler and fitted it Tuesday. Mark was professional, very tidy, on time, worked hard, provided a full quote and fully explained everything. We will be having him back to service the boiler in a years time. I am impressed with his level of service and honest advice.

Minor crisis due to boiler breakdown at a flat I own which is tenanted. The tenant has no heating, no hot water, and is obviously not happy given it's mid December. The first boiler repair firm I called turned up, said the parts they needed to fix the boiler are no longer made, and all they could do was quote for a new boiler (quote on the order of £4,000). And this wouldn't help much in any case as that wouldn't happen for weeks, and the tenant would be going spare in the meantime! Luckily I called Mark at Chelmsford Boilers, and he managed to get the system working with no magical new parts

Called in Chelmsford Boilers as they are a distributor for Worcester Bosch, who, according to Which? are the best boilers you can buy. After discussing what I wanted from a new boiler and taking into account the size of my house Mark at Chelmsford Boilers offered up two options. In choosing I was given a great price and he was able to fit within 7 days. He also fitted the Nest set of controls meaning I can now control the heating whilst out of the house via my phone. Great advice, price and service. Would definitely recommend.

Mark fitted our boiler Wednesday 31st Jan 2018 top fitter no bull top price we found the boiler (his suggestion) just paid him fitting very thorough sorted all rads before he left and WAY CHEAPER than all the others 800 quid less than your average rip off plumber for a Worcester boiler one thing don't offer him to many coffees he emptied our kettle twice thought I would get a discount !!!!!!!!! Jon

Called Mark for a quote for labour costs only to install a boiler. Came out on top for the best price! Within a few days he was here fitting my new boiler. He worked very hard and thorough to finish the job. Very high workmanship and a pleasure to have around for any plumbing jobs.

We had a new Worchester Bosch boiler fitted, a lot of old pipe work removed and the whole system was flushed.
It was a really professional and affordable service. We are very happy with the finished job, everything is tidy and works a treat.
Mark and Frank were polite and a pleasure to have in our home while the works were carried out, they really knew their stuff and were happy to discuss any issues.
I would definitely use again and highly recommend this company to all.
