I give pyramid carpets 5 stars has the service was beyond excellent we ordered carpets from scs only to be told there was delay and couldnt be fitted till the 9th of december but no guarantee so contacted pyramid carpets went in store chose the carpets and estimator martin came out to meadure up went down to pay monday 22nd november all instock and fitting uplifting old carpets and disposing of really exvellent service from bradley and dave very proffessional and not at all pushy again excellent service and would highly recommend will definitely purchase from them again

I've bought carpets and flooring from Mark for many years from one off jobs to a full house renovation. The service is fantastic from the whole team and quality is always first class. They have had to deal with my family's flooring which hasn't been nice for them to do but they have completed the work sensitively and professionally. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Absolutely delighted with the carpets from Pyramid. Pyramid carpets have a fantastic selection of carpets to suit every budget. We were helped each step of the way with expert advice and help, nothing was too much trouble. Mark came out to measure up he was polite and very professional. On the day of fitting the guys were also professional and respectful as a result the end job was top notch. The price was very reasonable and we are two happy customers. We needed our hallway, stairs, and landing carpeted, as we had nothing down, just floorboards. I emailed these guys, and from measuring to fitting the carpet, it was less that 2 weeks. Just had our new carpets fitted by Pyramid Carpets. What a brilliant service from start to finish. Brad the manager called and brought great samples and measured up. Fantastic choice and quality. After placing our order we then had Paul and his mate to fit them. What a great pair of lads who certainly knew their job. Fitted brilliantly and nothing was a problem. They look fantastic so so pleased with the finished job. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Great job. Thanks again.

Very pleased customer. The advice given to me at the showroom before I decided what to buy was very helpful. Delighted with my new carpets, beautiful quality and exactly what I was expecting. The fitters went above and beyond by assisting with moving furniture, including dismantling my bed and putting it back together again. I will definitely use Pyramid Carpets in the future.
