I don't normally do customer satisfaction surveys (there are far too many of them) but I thought that I would volunteer a few thoughts on my experience with you. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. The radiators throw out a terrific amount of heat, look fantastic and the coloured versions are an excellent match to the RAL 7044 specified.

Would highly recommend. Customer service at this level is so appreciated and made so personal. I actually thought maybe it was just these tough times making us all nicer. But on reading the reviews, no they are just consistently brilliant!!!! Amazing!!

Radiators were a great price but more importantly the service from start to finish could not be praised enough. For me nice column radiators are one of those products you have to view before buying (as there are so many to choose from!) so being able to go into the shop to see and be talked through the range was really, really helpful. You could not do that via a website! Someone came out to measure and advise on heat output - again helpful as I needed the radiators to fit into the existing pipe space and meet the needs of a drafty old house. The lovely ladies in the shop pulled out all the stops

I recommend all to purchase column radiators from this knowledgeable company. The staff are particularly clued up and helpful. I ordered to be delivered in the northeast and that wasn't an issue. The quality of the radiator is exceptional. Choosing colour and valves wasn't an issue either with advice from the staff. I'm over the moon with my radiator. Now tempted to have others replaced.

Thank you so much for all your help, both with the purchase of my radiator and advice and service post sale. Nothing was too much trouble for you from offering to wait at your showroom past closing time if I encountered traffic problems on my journey from Surrey, to helping with technical queries as raised by my plumber during installation. I also very much appreciated your assistance with choosing valves to match and complete the contemporary look of the radiator I had chosen.
