Leo & his team responded very quickly to a leak in my flat which had impacted my downstairs neighbour. They isolated the problem right away and offered to start working on the job immediately. I needed a 2 day boiler replacement job done in a day which Leo & his team accommodated. Everything is in good working condition and they have saved me a lot of stress!

I phoned their office, and within 10minutes I had a whatsapp from Leo to give me a quote for a call out and he said between 10 and 12 he would be here. Was here at 10am. Turns out the thermostat had gone on the boiler and he had one in the van! Which is so helpful and he could get the job done! Very professional, very efficient. The job is done, we have hot water again and the heating is working!! Honestly would recommend them to anyone! Brilliant service!!

Highly recommend this company! My boiler broke down. Searched this company online with great reviews. I couldn’t agree more. I got a call back from Leo in less than 10 min. He came, quickly, spotted the problem and gave honest advice that the parts to be exchanged where expensive and not worth my very old boiler. He then came back the following day with a brand new boiler and expertly installed it to my utter satisfaction. Very professional and friendly.

Leo and team were fantastic, they carried out the bathroom refit quickly, neatly and to a very high standard. The old bathroom was a mix of bodges, and it is so nice to have it all corrected and beautifully finished. Leo is very knowledgeable on the best products to get and way to get the best finishes. Also he is a great guy and I had confidence in the (quite extensive) work throughout! Would 100% recommend!

My experience with the disconnection of my old Dual fuel cooker and installation of new induction electric model was excellent. I was impressed with the professionalism of the service and knowledge of all aspects of gas and electric installations and appliances and the relevant sharing of knowledge about appropriate cable resistance for the new cooker. I was also extremely grateful for the prompt reply to my request on Saturday morning and that I was able to have a fully functioning appliance within hours. I would definitely use IMAA again .

Leo and his team responded very quickly when we had our first problem: a dripping boiler overflow, coming round to diagnose the problem on the same day. A couple of solutions were suggested but given the age of the boiler I decided to have it replaced. When letting him know that, he was able to come the very next day. Work looked very neat and the tenant was very happy with the work. Overall, I appreciated the speed of his response and the good communication.

I had just moved into my first house only to find that the boiler was not working. I called IMAA plumbing and they came through to fix it on the same day, making my first night in my new house the pleasant experience I imagined it would be. They were completely transparent about the pricing and took the time to explain everything which was very helpful as a first time home owner. They are definitely going to be my first choice for all my plumbing needs.
