Magnify Construction Ltd was established in 2015 by Calvin and David, both of whom have different backgrounds in the building trade. Calvin spent over a decade on new build sites covering a wide range of aspects whilst on site, including groundworks and blockwork. David spent many years in domestic properties undertaking a wide range of home improvements.

They've known each other for over 25 years and decided to start Magnify Construction, and have never looked back! After outgrowing our previous office space we moved to an industrial unit that was an empty shell. The lads at Magnify helped create a vision of what we wanted for our office and turned it into a practical workspace with some extras :)

Magnify have done multiple jobs for us, they converted our garage into a bedroom and built a double storey extension. They also completed some garden work and fitted new internal sliding doors to open up our living space. It has created the spaces we wanted and we no longer need to move. They were professional throughout and kept us updated with the progress of the build. They were always willing to answer questions we had . Most importantly I felt at ease with them and Would definitely recommend them.

Calvin and David were fantastic from start to finish! They built as a retaining wall, fitted a 5 bay window, damp proofed and plastered. We are so pleased with the finished work and we would 100% recommend them and intend to use them again.

Calv and Dave at Magnify Construction made the whole process really easy! Our new kitchen and extension went really smoothly and the team have done a great job! They kept us up to date on a daily basis and completed the job in good time. The trades they used were also very professional and on site when they said they would to complete they’re parts.
