Always found them very helpful. The lady I spoke to order a part & checked to see if it was under guarantee. Really pleased that it was & she ordered it for me. She also rang me to inform me of the delivery date. Have had several. I have had, oven, hob & fridge/freezer from them last year. Very good value & always there to advise.

Just had a delivery of new fridge today.Great service all done over the phone. Did not have the fridge I'd seen on website,but lady asked for measurements and what I was looking for and checked stock. Delivery driver Calvin was friendly, professional and was quite happy to lift my old fridge out without moaning. Will definitely use them again.
