If you need a technician to come to your home and investigate any problems we charge 109 for up to 1 hour of our time, and pro-rata rate per 1/4 hour after that. When booking please explain in as much detail what has gone wrong so that we can bring with us all necessary parts, if we find we have not got what is needed for the repair then the return visit is not charged.

Awful slow service. If you resale the hot tub the warranty is void! Also they dont offer a warranty service to new owners. So it will be really difficult to sell. If the new owner needs replacement parts. They have to pay for it. Also I found out they buy their hot tubs for around 3grand. Then sale you it for £13k+ Or more. My advice by a second hand one with warranty included. So you dont loose money on depreciation. Hot tubs are like cars as soon as it leaves the warehouse it loses £1000s off the price on the private market.

Our hot tub was delivered this morning, and all those involved were just brilliant. They were all so friendly and answered any questions we had and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.

Went to store today to get some help and advice but was disappointed with response lady gave, was completely disinterested when she asked if we bought from them, we didn't but wanted assistance in what chemicals to purchase to get the balance right in our new hot tub, everything we asked was met with response I don't know what you have so can't help you, I am sure that water is water and getting it working correctly is down to balance not what make of hot tub you have, went to Danbury spa supplies who were extremely helpful. Felt it was either the lady had little knowledge of how to assist or didn

I had been thinking of a hot tub for quite a while, and on the off chance I popped in to Hot Tub Barn. I met a lady called Ruth Quartermain who was an absolute fountain of knowledge. Fast forward a few months later and (quite a bit of Google'ing) and I decided to go with Hot Tub Barn. Service was absolutely first class, the product I chose is excellent (I went for the Heritage Stratum as I'm quite tall and it's a deep hot tub), the installation was a breeze, and Ruth has been very accommodating of me ringing and asking advice when getting the water balance just right. We've been in twice now. Both times everyone has been exceptionally friendly, but not at all pushy. Today we went back to get a few questions answered before making our decision.
We were able to test the tubs they had on display - they have freshly laundered swimwear, towels and dressing gowns for customers to use, so you can actually try a tub before you buy. Wonderful!
Tea, coffee, biscuits all offered, and chilled water if you are the one in the tub.
I cannot fault our experience at all. Friendly staff, *extremely* well versed in the product range.

Fantastic service. As hot tub novices the information and service we were given from start to finish was excellent. Excellent service from choosing the hot tub at the showroom to having it installed. It caused no stress or hassle. Natasha at the showroom was very helpful and informative. She made sure we got the best tub to suit our needs rather than trying to sell us the most expensive one. Glenn and Mark who installed the tub were very quick getting everything done, didn’t cause any damage or mess and were knowledgeable about the chemicals etc. We would thoroughly recommend hot tub barn to friends and family. -Dave Johns
