Our offices are fully operational with staff alternating between office and working from home. Please get in touch, we are here. Planned maintenance of pump stations and package sewage treatment plants is continuing: now is not the time for essential equipment to fail.

Of course, we understand that you may not want us to visit your home or business at this time so we are calling ahead and/or emailing to confirm. If we are unable to make direct contact and receive no response to either a voice message or an email then we will assume that you do not want us to attend and will not visit the site.

If you call the landline numberwe'll answer during office hours, outside these times you can leave a message, it'll be picked up the following business day. If your pump station or package sewage treatment plant does fail we are still available to come to site to get it working again.

If your pump station or sewage treatment plant breaks down, contact our Service Department on 01434 220508 during office hours. If you have a current service agreement with us we always have a duty engineer on standby for you, who can be contacted out of office hours on 07971 655929.
