Great customer service. The battery on my existing system became worn and had to be replaced. Circle Security came out within an hour of me calling them and replaced it, despite me not having a maintenance contract with them at the time. Highly recommend.

Required replacement security light and contacted Circle Security. From initial contact to arranging a visit it was done efficiently and professionally. Visit made on Christmas Eve by Calum who was polite, on time and replaced faulty component. I was informed by text of his time of arrival so no hanging about. Very pleased with the job from start to finish. I have used before and always satisfied. Circle do not over promise and under deliver. I would recommend.

Had my existing wired alarm system completely upgraded using quality Pyronix alarm control panel and external sounder.
From first contact they were very professional and definately not as expensive as another company i had in to quote.
They were very clean and tidy and cleared up before leaving.
Its a bit of a minefield trying to trust a company to come in and do a proper job and leave you feeling you have had good value for money .
I was quoted £326 plus vat and that was exactly the price i paid them .
Delighted really happy.

I had a circle security alarm in my previous house and I was very happy with it. When I moved into new house I had no doubt to call them and get alarm put in place. Service does not disappoint. They tailored the alarm to my needs and now I have an app and can access alarm and CCTV on my phone in case something happens! I can highly recommend them! They left house clean too after finishing job! Nice tidy job no cables visible even though some parts of my alarm are wired!
