Contacted Kassgas on my Mum's behalf as her shower had broken. Billy replied promptly and professionally and was really helpful. I wasn't there when the new shower unit was fitted but I'm told the in-person service was also great and my Mum highly recommends them. I recently had a broken shower unit replaced by this company. On contacting them they came round promptly, assessed and quoted for the job, which I accepted. It was done, cleanly and tidily and with the minimum of fuss. (I was most appreciative of their promptness as a realise my job was a small one compared with their fitting of boilers etc and in the knowledge that they were busy.) Had two radiators fitted by Matt and Billy a few months back and after they doing an excellent, professional and tidy job, I called them back out to look at my faulty boiler.
They offered me a competitive price, and even worked a weekend to get me up and running as quickly as possible. Matt, Billy and Jack provide a thorough and efficient service and are always honest and reliable.

Superb service from a pair of genuinely nice guys. Everything from start to finish was done with respect and with in depth knowledge. They installed a new boiler which they tested and demonstrated. There was no trace of them when they left - they cleaned up everything. I have booked them for an annual service and would recommend them to anyone.

Had Matt and Billy in today to fit our new boiler. The where friendly, polite, on time and did an excellent job. Very fast and efficient, both where tidy and cleaned up after them self's and put dust sheets down on all my floors. They talked me through everything afterwards and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I would highly recommend Kassgas and we will be using them again in the future.

Text about an outside tap installation and a potential leak. Gents came round the same day, worked professionally and quickly as well as been polite, friendly and offered lots of valuable advice about purchases and future jobs etc. would recommend to anybody and will absolutely be using again. Price was excellent.
