Total waste of money. Order custom curtains as our living room window is very large and not a standard size. Followed the company's measurement guide, and placed order. When they arrived the curtains were twice the size I requested. After contacting them received rude and unpleasant customer service.
Only gave them one star but would have been 0 if I could!

I have a narrow passage that requires a curtain of 1.20m width. Because I did not fully understand the website I placed a phone order. The email confirmation and all the following emails confirmed I had ordered and paid for a curtain that was 1.20m wide and 2.06m deep.

I have just received my curtains and I couldn't be any happier. From what I can tell as I haven't hung them yet the quality is a very high standard. They were packaged really professionally with no need to press them before being hung. Had nice surprise of all my accessories were in the parcel too, as they were a different delivery date to the curtains, I will definitely be using 247 curtains again.

Purchased two sets of curtains prior to Christmas with a delivery date of before Christmas. To be fair they turned up on Christmas Eve. Our widths are huge and I was a bit concerned to see a join in material the full length of the curtains. However, this cannot be seen when they are up (open or closed). Quality seems good and they were £1000 cheaper than one quote we had! They arrived in a plain brown box with no indication of which curtain was which so it took a bit of faffing around to clarify. My experience is fine and had I have read some of the reviews here prior to ordering I might not have

I bought 2 sets of these these curtains from 247 when I complained that they didnt match I got the reply that they could not Guarantee for them to match exactly , which I understand but if you look properly you will see1 of these sets is upside down to the other. They offered me to send them back for a refund ,but they cannot send me a new set for 2 months so it looks like I am stuck with them as the previous curtains I had where not eyelet ones and I had the tracks removed and replaced with a pole. Now that is what I call quality
