My name is Christian and I live in Lincoln. I have been offering a handyman service in Lincoln and Lincolnshire for general house, commercial and landlord work many years. I also work closely with local Gas Safety Registered Engineer and electrical trades people and use their services when certain requirements must be met by law.
Christian, I thank you for the speed, efficiency, and extremely high standard of work that you did for us. Something that I consider just, or more important though than the contents of my previous sentence, may I venture to say, is that one strength that you may not recognize that you have, is being extremely personable, with a courteous and outgoing manner.

Our first floor bathroom extractor fan vent blew off the side of the house in a storm, and Christian replaced it with a new one at short notice. He was friendly, professional, and charged a fair price - excellent service, highly recommended!

Christian is a lifesaver and absolute star. We had a serious leak from the back of our toilet which was gushing out every time it was flushed. Rats had come up the pipework and chewed through the flexi pipe at the back. Christian replaced it with thicker stronger piping to stop them. He was really busy but wasn't going to leave us in this situation. He made time for us. We have some DIY jobs needing doing next year and will be asking Christian to do them. Very friendly and honest, highly recommend.

All sorted out quickly at an entirely reasonable price. Good service indeed. Would highly recommend him to anyone else who needs household repairs.
