From start to finish, Alison and John were fantastic. We would highly recommend them. Alison's calm advice and patience in the face of indecision was much appreciated. Our project needed planning permission and a tree survey and Alison made the whole process run smoothly. Neither Alison or John are afraid to say if they think something won't work (always very diplomatically!) and this was something that we valued highly as novices at new buildings. We recently had our garden room building made by Alison, John and their team and we couldn't be happier!
Alison provided us with exactly what we wanted and went out of her way to accommodate us with our dream building, by regularly communicating with us, showing us examples of what to expect and keeping us updated.
The team, when on site, were so friendly and respectful whilst working. They were incredibly professional and the standard of their work is exceptional and very fast too! I couldn't believe how quickly they worked, putting in long hours and with attention to detail too.
