RDP Interior Contractors was incorporated as a limited company in 2016, a company built upon a wealth of hands-on experience and a motivation to exceed customer expectations. Richard Pike, our Director, began as a Fitter for a local company here in Dorset. This experience enabled him to develop practical industry skills and helped to understand the customer's perspective and how requirements can differ per industry.

Having worked up from being a Fitter, I went on to become a Contracts Manager for a very successful local company. As the years went on, I branched out on my own in the early 2000s whilst establishing our own workforce.
