Being based in Surrey and Sussex Upholsterers, we offer a quality and traditional wide range of three piece suites, sofas and chairs all made to measure for you and your room, with a selection of over 100 quality fabrics.You can come in and see your new furniture be lovingly built before your eyes, ask any questions with the craftsmen who are actually building it.

At Simon Agombar every piece of furniture is either loving restored or made by time honoured craftsmen, traditional materials and methods or modern fillings with the same level of care and attention to detail depict the bespoke chair or sofa that will grace you home.

New Furniture Report

Our relatively new range of upholstered furniture came about by many of our existing clients complaining about the poor quality of sofas and chairs generally available today, it does not take much to realise that a 300 sofa will not last longer then an episode of EastEnders!

Re-Upholstery Report

Small ring marks are never too small for us to exclude we totally understand how a small blemish can ruin the whole look of a piece that Granny left, many of these can be dealt with in situ. With such expertise at hand, we can also re-polish table tops removing many water marks or heat rings. Upholstery of antique and modern furniture, furniture repairs, traditional wood work repairs to frames, insurance work undertaken.

The restoration antique furniture or that favourite armchair, sofa or Granddads' footstool is where it all began at Simon Agombar. Our roots began with restoring the small favourite piece of furniture, and over the years have developed into the full restoration of period sofas, chaise lounges or the mighty chesterfield.
