Daniel Smith, the owner of the business has over 29 years experience as a tree surgeon along with other members of his team having worked in the industry for 24 years.
All of our staff are fully trained and NPTC qualified and all work is carried out to British Standard 3998 (Tree Work). All bi products are recycled and we use bio-degradable chain oil where possible to protect the environment. This is especially important when working around ponds, rivers and streams.
We have many local clients, commercial and private, these include local schools and establishments such as Croxley House, Christchurch Chorleywood School and Meadow School in Hillingdon. We also cover a much greater area for some of our commercial clients (Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing and Ground Control) from Oxford to Reading, Guildford to Milton Keynes and everywhere in between.

We have been using Ground Control for over 10 years now. Danny at Urban Treescapes has provided an excellent service on their behalf which has not gone unnoticed. Danny has been a proactive, reliable and trustworthy specialist tree surgeon who has efficiently completed a large number of programmed work across hundreds of our estates, one off work, and emergency work for us over the years.
The Fire Brigade is normally the first service that people consider contacting when their cat is stuck up a tree and showing no sign of coming down by itself. However The Fire Service is overstretched and are often not able to respond to the situation. If or when they do, their only method of retrieving the cat is to use ladders but in most instances the cat has climbed to an irretrievable position on branches out of the reach of ladders.

I requested Urban Treescapes Ltd to remove an overgrown conifer hedge from my rear garden and this was done in a very professional manner.

We have used Urban Treescapes now several times, they have sympathetically restored our garden, while leaving us happy in our
garden of trees. The tree surgeons listen to the request to restore order without devastation, unlike the experience we have had from other companies. They leave the garden tidy and the whole experience is fantastic. Very highly recommended.

Great experience from the first consultation and through to the actual work being completed. We had two trees which needed work (including a beautiful cherry we are desperately hoping to save so really appreciated the honest advice about what was possible and chances of success) and a tree stump to be removed. The difference in the garden now that… the work has been completed is fabulous. The work was done quickly, safely and with minimal fuss. All the material was removed (and there was a lot of it) quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again
