We offer a full test and inspection service, whether it be periodic test and inspection of your premises, new installation testing or specialised testing and fault finding. If you have recently acquired ownership or tenancy of business / workplace premises to comply with the IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition and piece of mind you may wish to have electrical safety testing completed to ensure the installation is safe.
Blakley Electrics Safe Supply Units (SSUs) have long been specified for use in school laboratories, where the close proximity of water and electricity present a major hazard. SSUs provide the highest level of protection against electric shock and incorporate a 1:1 ratio transformer, 1.25mA or 5mA RCD protection and a current limiting resistor which restricts the maximum level of earth leakage to 10mA at all times.
