My relatives ordered and paid the full amount for a Lugarde Summerhouse in March. This was eventually delivered in September! 1st Choice gave inadequate and misleading instructions regarding the base and unlike other suppliers did not undertake a site visit to offer guidance on the requirements for the base. They then refused to accept any… responsibility when there were issues with the installation by their recommended installer. If you want to purchase a Lugarde Summerhouse my advice would be to avoid this supplier at all costs. Their after-sales and customer service is lamentable.

Really good company. Friendly salesman gave us so much information. Very realistic about timescales. Worked out exactly as we expected. A very very good summerhouse- excellent value for money, great quality wood and a joy to own. Delivered and erected quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t have been any better. Absolutely love it- lovely to be in!

We ordered a summerhouse from 1st Choice and are absolutely delighted. communication was exceptional. The assembly was done quickly and efficiently and it has exceeded our expectations. I did serious research prior to buying and 1st Choice came out best for quality and just about everything else.We have absolutely no hesitation recommending 1st Choice.

We brought a Platinum Odiham which was erected in May. We had it double glazed and insulated so that I can use it in the winter.
Really glad we got this, it is used as a craft room and I know spend most of my… time in there.
It is sturdy and and everything we hoped it would be. We had a query about the windows and it’s Coice were on it and rectified it promptly. Would recommend this company highly.
