Well, what can I say, a very professional job very well done with very professional guys, Dave is the main man who does everything with his son Reece who never says no to a coffee with 2 sugars. Ian supplied us with a very detailed quote which we accepted because others were not as detailed, he is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with all aspects of their work. The finished room looks amazing and we are very happy with Sapphire to do any future improvements we may have.

Ian and his team converted our garage into a utility room and office. They've been brilliant, highly professional and focused. As well friendly and helpful, we were kept informed throughout the process and consulted about everything. They also took the trouble to explain things clearly so we would understand and be able to make informed choices. Most importantly we are so pleased with the results.

I reached out to about a dozen companies through compare sites for a garage conversion and extension and it was weird how very few got back to me with quotes after seeing the job. From start to finish Ian and his team were complete professionals. Was looking for a small garage conversion and Ian talked me through the options and the best way to go about it and followed up with a full (and very competitive) quote.
The guys who did the work (builders, plasterer and painter) were all really friendly and really professional with everything they did. They even helped out with a few extra bits that they didn't need to do!
Ian kept me up to date on everything that was happening and was on site regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly and I was happy at every stage

Ian and his fantastic team fitted me a new front door and kitchen window. Despite coming across some difficulties they remained professional and overcome them. They were fitted to perfection, great quality door and window. The team were friendly, professional and overall fantastic! Cannot thank them enough.
