Scam scam scam..... I bought a freehold shop property 2 years ago. All bills everything settled.
Now after 2 years later I received an invoice from them that was marked for my attention - the invoice was for the previous owner company who 8 years ago installed shutters and they want payment for that now.
What ! Are you joking ? Were you sleeping for previous 11 years to send a SCAM invoice now stating that the shutter remain their property, this one sided contract possibly they wrote themselves just now to Scam new owner. I studied Law and it's a wrong move on their behalf.
