I arranged for a quote for double glazing from this company. I stayed in all morning so i didn't miss them and gave them my name, address, postcode and mobile number. About 2hrs after they were due i messaged them again to see if they were coming or had forgot. "I can't find your street" was the reply i got. "i am back in the office now, so send me a photo of your house and i will send you a quote" . What an awful way to run a company. I couldn't trust someone with my windows and doors that couldn't be bothered to read a map or call the customer for directions. I did even send a photo of my house

Barrett's Windows replaced French patio doors with sliding patio doors. Most other companies couldn't do this as the size of our opening was "too small", but Barrett's Windows had no problem. Lead time from ordering to installation was not long, and the removal and replacement was only a few hours. Couldn't have asked for a better job - the quality of the doors are fantastic, and the installation was flawless. Absolutely no mess left, and no damage to the surrounding wall either. Highly recommended!

I needed five new windows at the front of my property and shopped around before making my selection. Kev gave me a very good price, with good quality products and it meant I could support a local business. Mark & Dan came yesterday to fit the windows and I was not only impressed with the care they took removing the old windows to ensure NO damage to plaster or paintwork, but the quality of the final installation is second to none. Great product, great price, great workmanship...and all round nice guys. Couldn't ask for more :-)

I've recently had a new front door and most of my windows replaced, including 2 bay windows. Really pleased with the work done - the finish is great and the fitters did it with very minimal disruption to me (while I was working from home) and cleared up any mess as they went. The new fittings have transformed my house and I'd highly recommend Barrett's for the quality. This was the first time I've fitted new windows / doors so I did quite a bit of research at the outset, speaking to several firms - Barrett's came out competitively on price and the fact Kev spent the time to take the measurements

From meeting Kev to his fitters, they have done a 1st class job, no hard sell from Kev, honest advice. Fitters did a great job excellent attention to detail, clean & tidy, taking care not to make too much of a mess, cleaned up well once the job was completed. I will be recommending Barrett's windows to other people if they ever need a decent honest window company, thank you, Neil.
