We are best described as a team of multi-skilled, experienced and reliable Handymen who travel around London on motorcycles undertaking plumbing, electrics, fixing, fitting, assembling and hanging jobs. In fact our team of Saints are the most experienced multi-trade handymen in London. Friendly, Flexible, Efficient and Trustworthy - these are the words that describe our Silver Saints Handyman Service.

All our Saints undergo a rigorous interview and probation process. This means that you are getting a person who can not only solve all your maintenance problems but also has great communication skills, copes well under pressure and understands the value of customer relations. Our Silver Service is focused on delivering a great service on every visit.

We want you to feel like you have struck gold in discovering the Silver Saints and take pride in recommending us to your friends. Booking enquiries will be dealt with quickly and efficiently by our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team.
Services
Our Operations Team are available to answer enquiries and take bookings over the phone on weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 and 09:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. The earliest arrival time we can offer you on a weekday is 08:00 and the latest is 17:00. However all our Handymen finish work at 18:00 so please keep this in mind if you would prefer a late afternoon start.
Silver Saints is London's premier professional handyman service. It is also London's most experienced. We believe our team is the best in the business and we are always recruiting dynamic individuals to become our latest London Handyman. If you are already a professional handyman or just love DIY and like the idea of traveling around London on a motorcycle, van or pushbike solving problems this just may be the best job in the world!
Silver Saints are 'Key Workers' exempt from all household restrictions. All our services are running as normal during the Tier 4 & Tier 3 restrictions in household, rental and business settings. Although our Saints will be wearing a face covering we do ask, for your and our safety, that you observe our contactless service procedures and wait in another room while we tackle your repairs.
We'll send you one multi-trade handyman who can take care of all of the jobs on your list. Our 'by time' rates are: 45+VAT for the first half-hour and 25+VAT for any half-hour thereafter. Choose this option for larger more complex jobs where the handyman needs to see exactly what work is involved and what materials or equipment are needed.
We really do want to give a perfect service all of the time. However we are still human and mistakes and miscommunications occasionally do happen. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to put things right. If there is any part of our service you are not 100% satisfied with please reply directly to the email containing either the work-order or the invoice and the correct person will go out of our way to sort out any problems.

I love Silver Saints and Raymond was no exception. He made jobs we had ignored for ages look so simple and fixed up the kitchen taps in minutes. I would like to have Raymond live in our house if we had a spare room. He made our flat a nicer place in the two small hours he was here!

A handyman came round to do some work, which was done to a high quality. However called many times asking for a follow up, received nothing back for weeks after repeatedly chasing. Asked for the handymans contact details which they would not provide. Not an efficient booking process as has to be done through the front desk, not directly with the handyman him/herself.

I used the services of Silver Saints for the first time last week to install six roller blinds. I am over the moon with the results and the service in general. Stan Spasov did a superb job and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the installation, even customising the chain mechanism for the double blinds so that they are on separate sides and don’t get tangled up. He has exceptional attention to detail and did a flawless job, ensuring that the blinds roll down smoothly and are perfectly centred. Eddie worked extremely hard to complete my list of jobs and repairs in one day and everything was done to a good standard, leaving no mess.
The only reason I have not given five stars is that the website booking system was difficult to use and Silver Saints did not respond to my questions about booking beforehand.
The service is not cheap but they got it done.

We used Silver Saints (Mick) for various jobs but he wasn't able to complete the simplest tasks like installing two toilet roll holders evenly or a door hook flush to the door. We needed to replace our patio door handles but it took over a month for Mick to order them and he ended up ordering the wrong ones. To top it all off, he overcharged us by one hour! We now have to find someone else to fix the problems he's left behind.

What a nightmare having Christo ‘make’ made to measure bookshelves was. I should have realised when it took nearly a month for him to quote the job (he said it would be two days) but I don’t know if me and my living room will ever recover. And the company has not responded to my complaints

MONIES TAKEN WITHOUT CONSENT. Invoice for job was in dispute due to sub standard works as well as disregard for personal property. Silver Saints however have used bank details previously provided for alternative works to settle a disputed invoice.
External door was not correctly fitted, PPE discarded over terrace as well as other waste, damage to ironmongery ,along with other poor workmanship issues.
Images provided illustrate the sub standard works, the greater issue though being the payment taken without consent.

Couldn’t agree more with other comments that Silver Saints is not the same company as it once was. Have used them a few times, always good service, always happy and have recommended to friends. This time asked for plumber to replace kitchen tap and washer/dryer seal. Told this would need to be according to time spent on the jobs. BIG MISTAKE.… BEWARE! This is a means to charge maximum payment from customers no matter what the quality of service. Wanted to charge me £216 to effectively replace a kitchen tap after worker spent 2hours dismantling a washer/dryer ( and half my kitchen

I have had two Saints, one was to run electricity out to my garden shed and also to add an outside socket.
Another was to plumb in a cold water feed from my kitchen tap to provide me with a garden tap.
On both occasions the work was carried out quickly and professionally and reasonably priced. Would have them over for anything else I need doing in the future.
Knowing the work comes with a 12 month guarantee is also a peace of mind.

Want a laugh. Read the comments on the reviews below. You will see the company blaming its customers for the "saints" poor service.
All these "thousands" of customers. Since December 2015 96% of reviews all 1 out of 5. But the comments speak of these THOUSANDS OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS. Statistically speaking that is impossible.
Like my complaint every… complete speaks of slow pace of the "Saint" in a form of price hiking. Not very saint like.
Sadly I have absolutely nothing positive to say. Utterly horrible service. The quality of the workmanship is beyond poor. FROM TWO SAINTS ON TWO SEPERATE

I have used this company on several occasions for different jobs over the years, but never again. It now feels as though the workmen have been primed to extract the most money out of you as possible - if the job is timed, to take as long as possible, not to bring the most basic tools so a visit to the hardware shop is necessary - on the clock of… course at £60+ per hour - one guy actually tried to bill me for two shop visits as he bought the wrong part first time. I just had a gas safety check on an oven, supposedly a fixed fee, however instead of rectifying a simple problem of adjusting

One of the WORST companies I had to deal with - they will get your money in a flash but when a problem will arise you won't get any help. I had inexpensive boiler installed with them and part of my decision to go with them was that they offered a 5 year guarantee etc with the job - cannot get the paperwork out of them and when i called the boiler… company to get the paperwork directly from them I was told my installation was not even registered - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! they promise the earth and deliver nothing - very custom unfriendly and only want your money! Ironically it seems

Just had Mick from Silver Saints round to install a picture rail. Arrived early. Got the job done in a couple of hours. Incredibly professional. Would definitely use silver saints again. Plus easy booking system and transparent pricing. Just what you need.
