Perfect service, beautiful product!
We were so impressed with the entire service that was supplied by Karen at Pole Design and her entire team. The whole process from purchase to installation was professional and efficient. Karen really knows what she is doing and offers great advice as well as offering the best quality product.
We ordered the product which was then being installed within a matter of weeks (which is fantastic considering it was only weeks before Christmas 2014!). The installation took approximately two hours which was considered 'slow' because we'd opted for a less simple style

Pole Design is fantastic! I needed 10 curtain rings which another company had failed to send me and then wanted me to pay £50 for their mistake. Pole Design sent them out for a reasonable price very quickly. It is very difficult to deal with companies that will only speak to your interior designer so from now on I am going to use Pole Design where they treat their customers with respect and consideration.

The invoice stated that curtain poles and brackets are black but once received, all the fixings were white. Having contacted Karen, I was told that it was implied that the brackets would be white (who would want black poles with white brackets?) and I would have to pay ~£120 extra to have them in black.
When I pointed out how misleading the invoice was, I received a few confrontational emails followed by a late phone call during which Karen in a rude manner accused me of being ungrateful among other things.

I am an Interior Designer and use Pole Design for all of my poles. Karen is efficient, helpful and always there at the end of the phone if I need more information. The products always drive when they are expected. I would strongly recommend this business to anybody who is looking for curtain poles eta.

Possibly the most helpful company in the curtain pole retailing section. Karen could not do enough to sort my problems out, and to top it all, a very late evening call for a desperate delivery - and low and behold it was with me lunchtime the next day.
