Our fixed panel solution is designed to be a permanent fixture which can transform your canopy or carport into a part, or fully enclosed area. The materials used are 16mm polycarbonate, the same material as the roof panels on standard LuMac canopies, or our clear as glass premium option, which is 6mm plate polycarbonate.
LuMac Carports & Canopy kits have been developed by a structural engineer to be as easy to fit as possible whilst remaining attractive, safe, strong and long lasting. The gutter underside height is usually 2100mm but is flexible and can be adapted to suit your installation. LuMac Carport & Canopy kits come with everything needed apart from wall and ground fixings.
The independent fitters we recommend have been trained to very high standards and have their work overseen by a senior member of the LuMac team before we recommend them to you. We appreciate that your home is important to you so we make sure fitters understand everything is kept as clean and tidy as possible & of course your garden or driveway will be left as neat as it was when they arrived.
As you will see from the packaging we go to great lengths to make sure the parcels arrive to you in perfect condition. We'd like to also reassure you that we have very strict quality control procedures so all items leave the factory in a perfect condition and any damages you have experienced will have occurred in transit, it's very important to us that every customer is happy with the canopy.

Filled out an online form to get a quote for 2x end fills for my canopy, didn't get a response. Just phoned them and got told that They are not doing end fills at the moment. It would have been good it they had stated this on their website or even replied to my quote request. She hung up on me when I stated that this was poor service from the company she worked for.
**** Their reply is full of lies, they are just trying to save face, by twisting what happened and what was said. Just read their reply and make your own mind up. Oh yes my number is withheld for personal reasons ****

Fantastic company to deal with and the canopy is brilliant. Lumac are quick, efficient, professional and well priced. The canopy is very high quality, well made and very easy to erect. When we did get a little stuck at one point with the instructions, Lumac had someone from the manufacturing company contact us, who explained what we were unsure of, and it was erected without a hitch. We re SO happy with it. Thank you LuMac, our canopy looks fabulous!

I had a great experience dealing with Lumac. Claire was extremely professional with great communication throughout and was always happy to provide answers and information to any question I asked. The canopy arrived on time and was very well packaged to eliminate the risk of any damage. I was worried it would be flimsy when I initially started looking at lean to canopies, but once it was all unpackaged and erected, I can confirm this is not the case, it is very stable and solid. A great canopy and very well thought out. The installation manual is great too and easy to follow. Mine is a 3M square

Post made on behalf of my friend who bought a canopy from this company. The reason she decided to go with the company was they were friendly, helpful and price matched. She received the canopy and was asked to check if all the pieces were present within 48 hours. Unfortunately the manual supplied unbeknown to her was not for the canopy she had… ordered and had no checking list to mark off if all pieces were there and correct. The canopy was put up by herself and her family who gave experience in the building trade. The canopy at one point fell down, luckily it was plastic sheeting she had

I can’t recommend Lumac Canopies enough they are excellent and great value. From the initial contact with Claire who was very patient with a novice like me who can not hold a tape measure to the fitter Dave and Jay who are not only exceptional and efficient but also very friendly. The actual quality of the product, service and delivery is all excellent. As you can see I now have a beautiful outdoor space which is still useable in the rain and it rains a lot in Manchester. Thank you so much 😀

I was pleased with the first carport from Lumac. The design, quality and ease of installation was really good.
The second one I ordered was delivered damaged (9 items) and this was underneath all the packaging securely in place. I was 3 weeks late reporting this because of Covid 19 delays and ended up with a very disappointing outcome both from Lumac and Tufnells the delivery company. Unhelpful!!!
The delivery driver reversed into my customers property and went away without shame or blame.

I only had a small window of opportunity to build the carport so the time scale of returning items wasnt an option.
I was sent an email after i had complained about all damages saying "bend the parts back with a soft cloth".
Not what i was expecting to have to do on a £1700 carport in which what looked like a 2nd hand carport !
The build also stated self tapping screws...i was sent ordinary screws and had to pilot everything.
The instructions for the build were appalling

Many a time I’ve sat out in my garden in summer months, and had to go in because of rain ☔️, not any more, discovered Lumac on Facebook, spoke to a lady called Claire, who I have to say was brilliant, really… knew her stuff! Delivery prompt, and in tact, and the price was best out of 4 quotes from other companies, instructions and assembly was also brilliant! Thank you Claire

I bought my canopy from LuMac earlier this year and thought that fitting it myself would be a bit of a task. As it happens, the instructions were really comprehensive and I managed to fit it perfectly within a couple of hours. I even scored brownie points with Mrs, who was pretty impressed with my handywork.
