Aaron was great. No one wants it to rain in their bedroom, but Aaron came and diagnosed and repaired the roof on our bay window quickly and for a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use North Star for further work.

I had a few roof tiles missing and loose. I rang them and Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. Fitted me in for a quote quickly, went round to the property, sent me a bunch of photos (as i was not able to be there) to show what needed to be resolved. Managed to fit me in on the same day with follow up photos and a call to confirm all the work was complete.
Well priced and no messing around would highly recommend.

Had some repair work done recently due to last weekend’s storm, where I lost several ridge tiles and some other damage. I was surprised at how quickly Aaron replied back to my voicemail and gave me a short notice appointment considering he must have been inundated with other calls. All work carried out within timeframe and to an excellent standard for which I’m very grateful considering the weather today (storm Dennis)

Aaron and Andrew came out to replace my broken ridge tile and cap my four chimneys. I can't recommend them highly enough. Aaron is the boss and he replied straight away to my initial query, and was then super patient when it came to my onslaught of follow on queries regarding the risk of rain coming in/the correct type of cowling for my chimneys etc. etc. Aaron kept me posted throughout (when scheduling the visit and before arrival); you can tell this is his business and he cares very much about his reputation.
