I wanted to remove the bath, add a walk-in shower room, including wall/floor tiling, and add a bigger basin. A1 fitted a whole new bathroom and I am very pleased, the results speak for themselves; the transformation is absolutely fantastic, and I am so happy with the quality, the finish and attention to detail. Dani and Justin were really helpful and of course Adam, the installer, did a brilliant job. Adam's work was of a high standard. He is very courteous, punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend A1.

Fitted a brand new bathroom, tiled the walls and floors, installed a new water tank and even tiled the kitchen floor too (as it had recently been damaged). A good value bathroom, simple but smart, exactly what we wanted as we hope to sell the flat in the next year. Bob is extremely experienced and did a great job.

We asked A1 to upgrade our entire heating system and they have been brilliant every step of the way. They were really flexible and understanding especially when we wanted to delay work over lockdown. Then Chris who carried out the installation was brilliant. Professional, efficient and amazing with our small children, it was a pleasure to have him round. We are really happy with what we have had done. Thanks so much to you all.

Highly recommend! Always fantastic service and all the engineers who have come out over the years have always been truly wonderful. Yesterday they came out same day to get my hot water back up and running. My wife and toddler were so excited to have hot water back so quickly :)

A1 fitted two bathrooms for us, changed two radiators and tiled our hallway. I'm so thrilled with the work they did - it is so obviously of a very high standard. I appreciate you can probably pay less for work but this is what I loved about them:
- they considered all of our wishlist but talked through everything with us and advised us on better choices when what we wanted would have implications we hadn't consdiered
- they finished everything to a really high standard and I felt I could be confident that they would make sure the job was done really well. No corners cut.

Central heating not working. They came the first morning they were open after bank holiday, fixed the problem in a few minutes. Have used them several times in the past Including boiler fitting in 2016, and they have always been helpful and given prompt service.
