I have been using Acess Panels Direct for my fire rated Access Hatches for a while now and I have to say that the service to date has been nothing less than perfect. Prices arrive promptly and are always competitive, goods are despatched when they say they will be and the product is excellent quality.
Time is such a valuable commodity at present and I do not have time to keep chasing orders; I know that once I place an order it will be there when they say. My contact is Kate and she is a real credit to the company (and no she did not pay me to say that....!!!)

I sent a sketch with dimensions and radii and the order was handled very professionally and due to the bespoke nature of the made to measure hatches there was lead time.
I was give confirmation of their delivery and they arrived ahead of the lead time given. They fitted perfectly into the curved gym wall and are a credit to Access Hatches Direct and they will always be my first port of call in the future
