After a chequered personal history with any household building works we decided to be diligent and patient when our 20 year old Vaillant failed and we needed a modern replacement. I call other boiler company and then I came across delta. I found the customer service was very welcoming and they had time to answer any queries and explained everything to me very well. After experiencing terrible customer service from several plumbers who would not answer the phone, respond to messages or deal with the list of plumbing issues I had provided I then contacted Delta Plumbing. Delta are a breathe of fresh air compared to past experiences with plumbers. Helpful and provide upfront cost quotes. The heating engineer/plumber understood all the issues and dealt with everything efficiently, with skill and care. Where possible they gave me alternative solutions.
