We had a call on the morning of our appointment to confirm when the engineer would be with us. He arrived on time and quickly identified the fault with our Rangemaster oven and set about the repair. Issues with the installation of the cooker several years ago caused some complications outside the remit of the repair but he persevered and was able to complete the repair. Excellent service and delighted to have the oven working again. Thank you very much.

I neeeded my washing machine repaired. Jason fixed the problem in a professional and efficient manner. Good workmanship and would certainly use again. He was also kind enough to look at my cooker whilst here and offered advice on how to repair it as well as an estimate which was very much appreciated. He will be coming back to fix my cooker.

I had a recommendation to use Devon Domestics. What was so refreshing was Jason's knowledge and his honesty. After a brief description Jason identified possible problems and rather than charge a call out fee, advised that on this occasion, given the age of the machine and the problems that needed fixing, it would be best to buy a new appliance.
He could easily have taken a quick buck with the call out/ fault finding charge but he chose not to.
Next time I need an appliance repairing this is who I'm calling.
