We booked a skip and paid for it on the booking
when the driver came to drop it off walked up the drive and rang the bell
before i could answer he was halfway down the drive with hands in his pockets he turned said he couldn't deliver the skip as the drive was too narrow
and would contact the office and let us know what was happening we looked out and
he drove off and didn't return
he was slovenly and careless attiude don't think he is a good represantation for the company

We were let down by a skip company and rang Wye Valley the skip arrived just after 6.30 the following morning. The lady on the phone was fantastic and all the lady who delivered the skip. Explaining the best way for us to fill it up. We had arranged to get it picked up three days later but filled it by mid afternoon the first day. Quick call to say it was full and they were here the following morning to collect. Thank you fantastic service would recommend Wye Valley Skips.
