He kept regular contact and gave us additional advice that would help us to prevent a further squirrel invasion! I was very impressed with Kelly and his team. They attended and resolved an unpleasant situation (rodents in our attic) very quickly and were very pleasant to deal with.

We heard scratching noises in our wall, and after 3 visits from Charlie it's all stopped. Charlie was brilliant, he explained how to prevent entry, what to look for, and most importantly sorted the problem. Would definitely recommend, so helpful and available over the Christmas period so the visits we needed weren't interrupted.

Mark was really professional, he arrived on time and kept a safe distance at all times. He managed to locate the entry point quickly on the first visit which we had been struggling to find. After 2 visits we had no more problems and he even through in some education... much appreciated! Still 5/1. Good company, highly recommend.

Brilliant company, would not hesitate to recommend. Dealt with my enquiry promptly (same day callout). Mark, who visited, was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, passionate, and diligent. He methodically inspected to identify the issue and recommended suitable measures. Was very impressed by his level of service and knowledge. He was also great to talk to. Have not had any issues since.

Had a persistent bird issue in my gutters, things became so bad I could no longer sleep in the room. Issue was resolved after one visit by the fabulous Mark the Rat-Man. A thorough inspection of my loft and gutter area was carried out. Really pleased with the results and the professionalism of the visit. Would thoroughly recommend. Found it difficult to find a company to deal with birds and pest tech were fantastic right from initial phone call/booking to appointment.

I had an issue with what I thought were clothes moths, coincidentally, my mother had the same issue at the same time.
Pest tech came out to both properties within a week and had identified carpet beetles, which appear to do similar damage as moths. The treatment was carried out promptly, effectively and with no disruption at all. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A fantastic company, I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Having thought we had a rat in the kitchen after our dishwasher pipe was chewed, I contacted Pest Tech . The lady who I initially spoke to couldn’t of been more helpful especially as I had to rearrange the appointments a couple of times. Mark arrived and couldn’t of been more professional and informative, he was extremely thorough and came back for a further 2 visits. Payment isn’t made until the problem is solved and me the customer happy, which I was absolutely was! I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! (Although I’m hoping not to!)

Pest-Tech are one of the most prompt and professional companies I’ve ever worked with. From the very first call they have been consistently friendly, reassuring and always send someone out really quickly. Because I’ve had rats, I’m lucky that I got the amazing Mark. First visit he quickly identified how to solve the problem and after the initial treatment and follow up visits, bingo - job done. Having experienced rats again this year, I didn’t hesitate to ask for Mark. It’s rubbish having pests in your home, but Mark’s skill and ebullient personality has made both experiences positive
