Services
We have successfully cleaned all types of kitchen extraction and ducting including Heydel Ceilings and other specialist ventilation systems. All ventilation cleaning works include a comprehensive TR/19 post clean report - containing; before and after photographs, wet film thickness testing and a schematic, a proposed cleaning frequency and any recommendations for further works.
Quantaqua was established in 1999 initially to provide commercial kitchen cleaning services to city and county councils. The Company was structured as a regional contractor selling to councils, universities and accommodation providers in the East & West Midlands and the North of England providing niche cleaning services to the public & private market.
Quantaqua is about reliability; providing a professional and consistent service and helping our clients and customers with planned preventative maintenance programs. We pride ourselves on quality partnership working and are able to meet our clients' needs within the constraints of time, budget and planning.
We conduct monthly in-house training workshops for all staff. Based on the traditional 'Toolbox Talk' format these training opportunities ensure that all company personnel are consistent in their approach and work standards.
We are compliant with the Contractor's Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS), and undertake annual external auditing to win this award. We use Citation PLC (a national specialist safety & legal consultants) to assess us once a year for compliance with Health & Safety and Human Resources. They advise us in order to keep our policies and procedures in line with changes to legislation or national standards.
